6 May. 1999: Notice of Allowance received from the US Patent Office - the US application " Title: Method and apparatus for destruction of undesired vegetation using ultra-violet light.  Class-subclass: 250-492.100.  Number 08/750,299.  Filing date: 12/05/96.  Claims: 16" will be granted as a US Patent.  It may take 4 months until the final patent number is received.

29 Sept. 1999: US Patent is public: Pat. Nr: US-05929455 -  | abstract and claims. |

August 2000: The remaining 2/3 of the patent rights are being bought back.
